But it’s always been that way. Why would it have caused all of this chaos all of a sudden after upgrading to 3.3?
When I go into the ftp and through my hosting cpanel, I can see all the files. So I know I’m not losing my mind..I hope!
I have no idea what that means. How do I fix it? Is there something I need to add or delete?

So add the folder again then set the new permissions? If this works, do I change the settings back to 755?
