Based on what you described, this seems more likely to be a caching issue than a plugin issue. Caching can cause the old image to continue displaying even after it has been replaced.
Could you please purge all of your website caches, including any CDN cache if applicable, and then check whether the issue still occurs?
We haven’t received similar reports from other customers, so this is most likely cache related and should be resolved once the cache is cleared.

Could you please provide us more information about this?
reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced only regenerates or removes thumbnails, it doesn’t have a WebP/AVIF generation or delivery functionality. Maybe you were using a different plugin that could’ve caused this?

From what I can see you haven’t set a pageviews limit for your domain and this is what caused the issue. I’ve set your plan’s maximum limit and everything should be fine now!
Clicking the Cache Now button should now cache the pages correctly!

Enable Media Replace is generally compatible with any hosting provider unless they have any specific restrictions, but that shouldn’t normally be the case.
As for handling the cache, with Pressable you would need to purge the cache yourself after you have replaced an image as there’s no direct integration with Pressable at the moment, but this is definitely something we could add in the future!

Could you please provide us more information about this? We didn’t have any other customers reporting such issues and from what I can see you haven’t reached out to us so we can help.
Also, the CDN delivery isn’t enabled by default, it can only be enabled by yourself from the plugin settings if you choose to, but you also have multiple local alternatives such as .htaccess delivery method or <PICTURE> tag. Have you tried the .htaccess delivery method by any chance? Do you encounter any issues with this one too?

Your idea is definitely interesting and it would be nice to have a backup of the original image just in case.
I’m thinking of a toggle in the background removal screen which would allow you to keep the original image in the media library as backup while also saving the new image which has the background removed.
I’m happy to let you know that we will be working on this and it will be released in a future plugin update!
