I’ve updated the plugin again and it works now.
(or maybe because I added additional field to force update settings)

The Checkbox is added in the Admin with a label and it is Required. The validation fires and ask the checkbox to be “checked”
Still in the Frontend, the checkbox is not visualized at all – only the default fields.
