Thanks @webulous for your reply. I tried as you suggested, however the images are still not showing. Now sure what could be an issue here. Any other option to check/try?

I can’t see the form when I’m at your website’s homepage, but that’s expected, as Pop-up/Slider won’t show on listing pages such as Blogs, Shop, Archives, etc.

Thanks for the info, I wasn’t aware of this. Will have to remember to share a link to the post rather than the link to home page.
