Following, I have the same issue
Hi @devmich , Thanks for this. However, the Disconnect option is not available. There is no authentication toggle only “Connect MonsterInsights”. See image at

When I click on Connect MonsterInsights I get
The following error occurred during authentication:
Your site is already authenticated into MonsterInsights, but we couldn’t fix the authentication of https://xx for you. Please contact support and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue.

I have tried connecting multiple times, and the wizard multiple times. With the wizard the URL goes to /wp-admin/?page=monsterinsights-onboarding&mi-auth-error=2#/authenticate and only lets me manually enter GA4 measurement ID and Measurement protocol API secret. But then in the wordpress dashboard it says “Your website analytics dashboard is not currently configured. Please use our setup wizard to get started.”
What can I try next? thanks

go to WP Rocket > File Optimization > I have delay JavaScript execution ticked, then you need to add excluded JavaScript Files,/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-includes/js/underscore.min.js
/wp-includes/js/backbone.min.js
/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/front-end-deps.js
/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/front-end.js
nf-Save changes. Then I cleared WPRocket cache.

Thank you for your reply. I have discovered that the problem was caused by WPRocket delay javascript settings needing to be modified. I have been able to resolve and the form is now displaying.
CheersIt was a conflict with WP Rocket remove unused CSS feature.
