Yes, it’s “empty result” in WordPress posts metabox. I’m seeing that issue consistently across recently updated posts. In the Quic.Cloud dashboard > VPI, the URL shows up again but with [“empty result”].

Please can you blank out the url you’ve pasted above @qtwrk?

Hi @qtwrk, I have pasted the log again.

I checked my server IP and found the generated address in the plugin was wrong. I’ve updated it, and was able to make a manual pull request. On the Quic.cloud dashboard, VPI queue is still returning the “[’empty result’]” message.

    Thanks.

Hi @litetim: that’s the same post I’d linked to in my first message. I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps and listed the results in my post above. Or do you mean I have to rollback the plugin?

Quick update, the reports seem to have mostly caught-up with the visits I can see in the dashboard’s Visitors > Visits Log. That’s true of the current time, 15:28.

In case it’s useful, here’s the Cron section of Sys Report again:

    Hi @dizzyatinnocraft ,

Matomo has collected some data today (Aug 23), but reports are now frozen on stats from earlier in the day.

    • I’ve noticed this at13:04. Reports haven’t updated since then – they’re still frozen on the earlier stats.
    • My CronJob is set to run every 5 minutes in CPanel.
    • The Sys Report section is below, and I’ve temporarily paused archiving in WPConfig as per your note above. How long should I leave this off?

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks @dizzyatinnocraft. That sounds reasonable – I’ll do that. Is it OK to leave this thread open in case it happens again soon? Otherwise feel free to close it and I’ll start a new thread if I need to. Thanks for your guidance.

Thanks for replying. It’s not the usual midnight reset. This can happen at random times in the day, even when reports have already been generated. For instance, I might check reports at 10am, but at 2pm I might see the message “reports haven’t been generated”, and all stats are reset to zero. Then maybe an hour or two later, it all comes back.

I’ve set up WPCron to run manually (I think it’s every 15 minutes).

Hi, sorry for the delay, I was waiting for the issue to happen again, which it did this morning (Aug 20). Yes, I can see some of the previous days’ data when it happens.

The issue seems to be quite intermittent, and seems to resolve itself within a few hours. During that time, I can’t see any reports for the current day.

Thanks for your reply. My plugin version is 5.1.2, which I think is the latest (I don’t see any option to upgrade it in WP). And here’s my system report below.

The same thing has happened today: I had reports and everything was fine all day, but some time this afternoon it seems to reset.

Thanks for the replies, I see what you’re saying about the Cloudflare free SSL limitation as it currently stands. I’ll mark this as resolved for the time being, and will research more what I can do at my end. I appreciate the support.

    Thread Starter AForumUser

    (@aforumuser)

Hi @qtwrk. So I tried this with one of my sites – not the one we’ve been discussing, but it has the same set-up using Cloudflare SSL (full/strict) and LS Cache Plugin.

If I disable proxy, I see the browser SSL cert error saying that the site isn’t secure, as you predicted. So this sounds like pulling optimized images won’t work for me. I think I’ve been able to pull images manually rather than automated, but what’s your opinion? Should I assume image optimization won’t work if my site is using the free Cloudflare SSL in full/strict mode (i.e., with CF origin certificate)? Will the rest of the plugin work for me, or do I need to reconsider my set-up if I want to keep using it?

    Thanks for your help.

    Thread Starter AForumUser

    (@aforumuser)

Thanks for your reply. By disabling cloudflare proxy, you mean disabling Cloudflare services – security etc – entirely? Or will temporarily turning on development mode do the same thing?

Curiously, even without disabling it, I’ve noticed that some images seem to have been pulled according to my Image Opt dashboard, though I can’t see anything different in my media library!

If I please could ask a possibly related question, I have uploaded around 300 images in my media library, yet there are some 7,000 images being processed by LS Cache. Is that normal?

    Thread Starter AForumUser

    (@aforumuser)

Hi @qtwrk – so just to confirm, LS Cache Plugin won’t work if I’m using a free Cloudflare SSL cert (full (strict) mode)?
