Do all images built into pages/posts get loaded into the WP media library?
No, images are not added to the WordPress Media Library. Instead, when the page reloads, the images are fetched directly from the API.

Can I use it to directly load images into the WP media library, before loading those images into posts/pages?
No, you cannot use this plugin to directly load images into the WordPress Media Library.

Can I use images loaded with the plugin using standard WP image tools?
No, images loaded with the plugin cannot be used with the standard WordPress image tools.
