Yes i had to pay for the new commercial version. Just installed it and upgrded WPML and everything works great now. I was trying not have to pay but just put it on office expenses and did the update and everything works now.

Yes i have just tried it even tried different permalinks settings and still same issue.
Im currently using WPML plugin for the multilanguage.
