I can access wp-login (not wp-admin) and the “standard” wp admin panel, so I disabled “private site” (website is now public)

As I said before, with Jetpack I restored the site to another backup point -> just before installing plugin. So I think that at this moment your plugin is not installed.

I still have the same error. I cannot disable Jetpack via wordpress simple admin panel.
