Just an update – I just deactivated Recaptcha for woocommerce, processed a test order which went through fine, then reenabled it again and done another test order which was successful. If you have that plugin it may be worth doing the same
Same happening to my site – two customers have now contacted us saying they cannot complete check out

I can’t attach a screenshot to this thread but it transpires that the issue is just on some computers so I think it could be a connection issue more than anything else. The client can see the booklet perfectly so that is all that matters.
