Ruman Ahmed.Hello @deepblue5,
Thank you for sharing the detailed information. This issue occurs when you try to create a JavaScript snippet and include
<script></script>or<style></style>tags within the code. Please note that this is not allowed, as it’s the default behavior of FluentSnippets to treat the input as raw code. Therefore, make sure to exclude any additional<script>or<style>tags when adding your JS code, FluentSnippets handles it appropriately. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
Best regards!

Ruman Ahmed.Hello @fantou,
I would like to inform you that we have already released an update that includes a snippet export/import feature. This will allow you to easily reuse your snippets across other sites with a one-click export and import process. Could you please give it a try and let us know if it works for you?
Regarding MainWP integration, we will investigate this further on our end and will definitely consider implementing it if needed.
Best regards!

Ruman Ahmed.Hello @aprods,
Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your screenshot, the Host information is not clearly visible, it’s possible that the Host and the admin user are the same. To verify this, please check the user details from the WordPress Users panel and confirm whether the Host matches the admin account. If so, you can delete the Host calendar and re-add it with the correct users you wish to designate as a Host.
Please note that the calendar owner must be added as a registered WordPress user in order to appear in the Host dropdown list: [https://prnt.sc/JVhi5xmOHRk3]. Also, ensure that the user role assigned to the Host is set to anything other than “Subscriber.” Hopefully, this helps you achieve the desired outcome.
Please let me know the update.
Best regards!
Ruman Ahmed.Hello @aprods,
Thank you for sharing the detailed information. This is not supposed to happen, so let me clarify a few things for you.
If you have set the Host with an email address like [email protected] (not the admin email), then the Host should receive an email notification (already tested and works as expected: [https://prnt.sc/1XNcN1rt_EFD]), provided that notifications are enabled in the Notification panel, as shown in the screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/xFwVhyoaCFrm].
Could you please check whether the Host you’re referring to is configured with the admin email address? If so, we recommend creating a new Host by assigning it to a newly created user and testing the email notifications again.
Additionally, please verify that you have selected the ‘From Name’ and ‘From Email’ in the Email Settings, as indicated in this screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/cnyF-2o8w61M]. If these fields are not set, kindly choose your preferred values and save the changes. This should hopefully resolve the issue.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

Ruman Ahmed.Hello @webauthorings,
Thank you for sharing the detailed information.
Yes, you can create multiple events within a single calendar in FluentBooking for different timeframes. To do this, simply click on “New Event Type” as shown in this screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/3vaJ15CMtyaL], and assign different durations for each event accordingly.
However, please note that if you create multiple events under the same Host/Calendar, any time slot booked for any of those events will be blocked across all other events associated with that Host.
For example, if you have two events under the same Host, “Quit Smoking” and “Anger Management”, and someone books the 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM slot in the “Quit Smoking” event, that time will also become unavailable for “Anger Management.”Additionally, once the setup is complete, the events will be displayed as shown in the screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/1Odc_QZ1S4MT].
I hope this clarifies things. Please let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.
Best regards!
Ruman Ahmed.Hello @seventhose,
Thank you for sharing the detailed information. You are absolutely right, previously, FluentBooking did not include a calendar view within the bookings section. However, based on user feedback, we have implemented a calendar view in our latest update (version 1.8.0). Could you please update to the latest version of FluentBooking and check if this resolves the issue for you?
Regarding custom styling, you can add your CSS to the Additional CSS section of your website if you’re displaying FluentBooking events using a shortcode on that page.
Also, if possible, we kindly request you to reconsider your review. Since we’ve developed the calendar view feature based on user requests, updating your review would mean a lot to us and support our continued improvement. We truly appreciate your understanding.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
Best regards!
Ruman Ahmed.
