It could be that you’re using another plugin by the same developer, like WP Menu Icons

We have now resolved the problem by removed the DNS record pointing towards the temp.link site

Hi – apologies for the delayed response. I’ve been trying to sort this out with my hosting provider. They are baffled by what is happening and I don’t think that it is an option to disable the temp.link because this is happening on the live site rather than staging or maintenance. They found instances of the temp link in the database and removed those and for five days the site was fine and then the problem returned.
I think that I need to find a way of involving my hosting provider in an email thread with yourselves, so that they can respond to questions. They are willing to do this but I’m not sure of the best way to start the thread. Can you advise?Forum: Fixing WordPress
