In reply to: server not the same???I really need a way to contact someone and explain it, it’s super time consuming to always write over here and get messages slowly, however i really appreciate you for spending your precious time to help me out!!
this is the reason i try to reset my website/database and start everything from beginning! it worth trying it and at least i’m sure it would be ok again!!

In reply to: server not the same???i cannot see the themes that i have installed on my website, on my database (or server) too, no matter i upload themes by filezilla or from my hosting website, it doesnt come to my website!!

but to be sure we’re on the same page, i say it once again to be sure we don’t misunderstand,so the files on my website and what i can see from my server (by Filezilla or my hosting website) are not the same!!
what happens if i reset my website?? if i use WP reset plugin to reset my website, would that help??
i just want to start my website from the day 1 i dont mind if i lose my pages as well!!

I actually mean my server that i can get access from my hosting website not only by filezilla, but i even tried to get connected by filezilla and i am still seeing the same issue!
How is it even possible that i have some files in my server that are not on my website, and i have some files (themes) on my website that are not on my server!??Can i start up my WordPress website from begging? Because i am also ok with that but i just saw mostly people are recommending a wordpress plugin to reset your website but i was thinking if i am running this issue it’s nit the best idea to fix it with a plugin, wouldn’t you say so?
Is there a way that i can start up from begging and fix everything that way?
By the way, when i started my WordPress site i register with my email on wordpress.com
But when i was told to make one account for my website (from my hosting website- to continue) i used the same email and later on I realized it is registered on ww.wp.xz.cn and i even tried to use my website in my WordPress.com but it did not accept that! I know it is probably not even related to my issue and it is stupid to mention but do you think all of these problems can be related to this issue as well, or not??Forum: Fixing WordPress

But now i have another problem too, i checked the users part in wordpress and changed my password and even add another user to check if i need to log in but now neither of them works!!!!
