I have a scroll to the top button already that works perfectly. Your icon is the new thing, and so I don’t want to go faffing around trying to change what I already have.
My point is that the onus should be on the new plug in – ie this one, to fit in, not for me to need to spend time to figure it all out and to change other plugins that work perfectly.
The Bot actaully gave me incorrect information – it stated that the icon COULD be moved. (and accourding to your answer above it can’t. I could not find any setting to move it)
So I had one free credit and this was the result – it does not inspire any confidence to get an credits for more intricate work.Forum: Plugins

I have had this recently as well – and it was a low price item with no variables. I just noticed that now when someone above mentioned it above. We have other items which are lower, but all are variable.
My item was also hidden as it is a freebie (ie a gift if cust spends over X)
I tried to block IP addresses – but there were so many – each had a different IP address.
All orders were obviously fake – USA street names with a UK post code etc.
I got a reCAPTCHA plug-in for my checkout which seems to be working (installed yesterday – no fake orders since)Forum: Plugins

Thank you for your valuable help. I had already cleared the cache.
I reloaded WooCommerce and everything now seems to be ok.
I didn’t check, and should have, whether me logging in on a different computer, or using the other log-in on my computer gave the same results.
Everthing appears to be right.
Always a new problem to learn about!

My site is live and the maintenance page is in the theme.
The theme needs to be there for layout etc and so I can’t deactivate / change the theme without having it on maintenance. So I am not sure what to do. We have had the theme for about 4 years with no problems.
As regards to the plugins we have no new ones. I deactivated then reactivated as it didn’t fix it.
I have found something new – my colleague on a different computer can see the page correctly.

It doesn’t work.
Before you tick the in stock button there are over 120 products and about 15 are in stock.
Once you press the “in stock” button only 3 show up.
I have emailed your colleage and have sent screen shots over with access to the web. Sorry to duplicate the work, but I didn’t realise that you could contact support from the plug in.

I did a new label and it works correctly
These ones above do not work – yet have done correctly for years
I don’t want to upload them again – I want to figure out what has gone wrong and why. If I don’t know what is wrong here, it will happen again.

At first, I couldn’t update the plugin, so I deactivated it and reactivated it, I then was able to update. I can now see subscribers, scenarios and stats

Go to Elementor settings > Features > Element Caching and Inactive this
I still am fuming tht Elemontor released this update with the default set to cause so many problems for so many and have yet to release an update (or apology!)I hve cleared browser cache and that has solved the problem

I had changed the setting above however then did not clear my browser cache and so assumed that it didn’t work. (someone else on another thread had advised that before I was it here)
I have now got the settings correct and cannot believe that elementor would do something like this. I have lost 2 days of business and time and gained many more grey hairs in the process!

I have gone back to the backup from Monday I have not updated WooCommerce and some problems are now gone
I no longer see another person’s details when i put an order in
I now see the thank you page after the order
However I still cannot deactivate WooCommerce – it immediately does to critical mode
It is still on maintenance, but I now have all the plugins activated.
I need to put my site live – I have lost almost 2 days worth of sales and so I think I am delaying my problem. As soon as I update WooCommerce this will re-occur.
This is most definitely a Woo Commerce problem, I hope there is an update soon

the last order details are still there to view
when I put a mock order in, the thank you page does not appear – an error messge appears to say that I ahve timed out and to go back to shop (but the order HAS gone in – I get an email to my business annount and also my personal account I used to do the order)
I cannot deactivate WooCommerce – I get a critical error
site on maintenance with all plugins activated
(different from when I started this thread – I had everything deactivated)
