The site was using Advanced Custom Fields PRO Version 6.5.1
and is now using Secure Custom Fields Version 6.7.1Hope that helps!

I´ll try to fix that as soon as I can, but please understand that this is a non-profit plugin and as I´m quite busy at the moment it has not the highest priority right now.

Can you tell me which PHP Version you have active on your webhost?
It seems that newer versions make problems.
However I´ll try to fix that as soon as I can.
Please provide a simple example of a form to show what exactly you want to translate.
