Hello @subirbiswas did you have the same problem before updating the active campaign plugin and wordpress? Because we should also do the update but we don’t want to encounter the same problem.
Have you tried to go back to the previous version of wordpress and see if it works again?

We havenβt made additional changes since our last message, so it’s possible it was a temporary rendering issue or something related to Stripe’s hosted fields.

Our issue is with all the woocommerce translations that have gone from Italian to English (add to cart button and other default woocommerce settings during checkout) as well as many of the custom translations during checkout.
This happened with wordpress 6.7.1 and Loco translate at version 2.6.11
Once we saw your pinned post, we backed up to version 6.6.2 and the problem was solved.
Since then we have been waiting for a resolution, but we have not seen any updates on this matter. Can you help us? Do you need further informations?

We have created a new staging version, updating your plugin to version 8.0.2
Unfortunately, a new problem has been added: when you click “add to cart” on a bundled product, it is not added to the cart.
After several attempts, we simply tried to update the product in the woocommerce products tab by clicking on the “update” button.
Magically, by doing this on all the products, the problem is solved: the bundled products are added to the cart and the quantity (the subject of the opening of this discussion) is correct.
Is it normal for this to happen? We don’t feel very confident in running this process live, as we don’t understand the origin of the problem.
Obviously before finding this trick, we cleaned the cache both on the site with wp-rocket and on the server. As you wrote in the changelog.
If necessary, we can provide you with a new staging copy by simply updating your plugin to version 8.0.2, in order to replicate the error and show you that the products are not even added to the cart.
We await your kind feedback!

How can we solve it and show the right quantity at “6”?
