I took the Twenty Eleven theme and edited it and it worked just fine as a static CMS. But you need to know how to edit PHP and CSS. Or at least know how to google 🙂 But it took me about 2 days to go from stock Twenty Eleven to static CMS.

do you see how they are not lining up? is it because HTML is being used in those? I’ve tried to create test pages and they all are like http://marias-photos.com/contact/
