uhmm i have analyzed an image with the error and result is this : http://www.taniaknowsbest.com/wp-content/themes/Beverly/timthumb.php?src=http://www.taniaknowsbest.com/wp-content/themes/Beverly/images/default.jpg&w=960&h=400&zc=1&q=90
as you can see, the link pointing to the image it is wrong because is repeated twice! You can try to disable all plugin and theme, later, reactivates all!
what are the latest changes you made to the blog?
