In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] catalogue doesn’t populate the shopThanks for the info. I have tried viewing the page from another account that has no admin rights to the page and still get the same problem.
I don’t remember having the choice of checkout method when setting up and i can’t see any way to change it. On the screen that lists the check out method, it says “checkout with messaging”, there are no other options.
My thought is maybe to completely delete the catalog / shop / commerce account and start again. I can’t think of what else to do as it should be working.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] catalogue doesn’t populate the shopHi. and thanks for the help. Hopefully we are getting somewhere close to finding the problem as it still doesn’t work my end regardless of who i log in as. Even when i use the direct link you popped above, i get this screen

So, I am narrowing this down to the shop is there but not displayed to me or the accounts i log in as. This then only leaves me to think it is location based. I am guessing the help i have been given so far is based in the USA? I am UK and i understand there are differences with shops displaying in the USA and the rest of the world, namely the checkout process.
When you click on a product to get more information or to purchase, does it take to you our shop website or does it try to keep you on Facebook? this is something i spotted in one of the images in the previous message where the checkout method says “checkout with messages”, where i would expect it to say “checkout on website”. There doesn’t seem to be any way to change this.
Your help is really appreciated. Thank you

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] catalogue doesn’t populate the shopHi. Thanks for your reply. I have sent some images. I wasn’t sure what you wanted to see, so i added loads of them. I even got an email from Meta to say that everything complies and is live. However when i click “visit shop” it just takes me to the commerce manager.

In reply to: Launching popup advertisement pagesFound the problem.
Looks like it was a hacked plugin called “rich reviews”. It had some Malicious code in it found by a scanner called Quttera
Hopefully that helps if anyone else has that problem
Cheers
AndyHi Ethan.
That worked perfect. I was missing the wp_footer part.
Many thanks for your help.

AndyIn addition to the above problem, i tested the site by deleting the stylesheet, so there was nothing styled in the website at all. This still didn’t show the recaptcha box, so my assumptions would be that it’s not a conflict, it’s something that’s not in the stylesheet that should be….
Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Flat Rate Shipping problemHi.
Within the last few minutes, i solved the issue. It turned out that i had a rogue setting in the database. I searched the database and replaced the 9.99 to 2.99 and all is sorted now.
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Flat Rate Shipping problemHi… just bumping this to the top again to see if anyone can shed any light on this?
Many thanks
AndyHi.
Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry for not giving the correct URL. I am building the site in a sand box at the moment and should have given you that one. The correct url is http://site.halldjservices.co.uk/booking/
In answer to your suggestions i have responded below: I have re-created the captcha from scratch, including re-creating a new key and trying the invisible captcha, still with no change.
I thought there would be a conflict too, so i stripped out all plugins and tried again – still no change.
i looked at he Zero spam as it was mentioned in another post of someone having a similar problem. The only thing with it is that it says that its not been tested with the last 3 major releases of wordpress and has been over a year since it was developed last. Do you know if it works ok with the latest releases of wordpress?
Its not the hosting as i rent a server and host quite a number of websites and Captcha works ok on all of them. It’s just this recent one that is baffling me.
We will certainly look at getting a licence, but we are just in test phase at the moment so plugins could change.
Thanks for your help so far.
Regards

Was a file missing from one of the pages – nothing to do with the WPforms product

In reply to: [Participants Database] Date field can’t exceed 20 yearsThank for your reply. I have been trying different things with it today and still can’t get it to work with a date past 20 years. I have tried the following:
* using the dates as 1 december 2050
* Ticking the “strict date” setting in the settings
* Creating a signup page and creating a participant there
* Doing the same again with a standard template that comes with wordpress
* trying every derivation of date that i can think ofYou mention that there is a “date picker”, but all i see is the blank field. How do i get a date picker? is it a setting i need to choose?
I am using the latest version of the participants database and also i have upgraded wordpress to the latest version. I really have no idea what i can be doing wrong.
Thanks

In reply to: [Participants Database] Date field can’t exceed 20 yearsHi. Im not using a date picker. I’m just typjng the date in…. 1st December 2060.
If nothing is in the field to start with, it stays bkank. If I enter a date up to the year 2036, it saves ok. If I enter a date above 20 years after a date is already entered, it reverts back to the original accepted date.
I’m entering the data directly in to the plug in from the dashboard rather than adding it from a page if that helps.
Many thanks
Andy
