does this plug in work correctly on godaddy.com self hosting? Thinking of just moving over.
Would these issues be solved by going to godaddy.com selfhosting?

fixed that.. but I am still having issues with adding fields in my sign up form.. I have them all set the same but only some show up on the webpage. I thought debuging would help but it has not changed anything
