Hi! Yes I was. I turned it off and its working.

    Thanks!

I’ve managed to refine it down to the following:

It lets me upload artwork and add to cart if I do not assign any templates to it so the product is “Upload Artwork” only. If I allow for a “design It” as well as “upload artwork” on the same product, this is when it doesn’t work.

Is this because it is the Free version? Also, is there a way to get a trial Full Version at all? The client wants to definitely know everything works the way they intend it too before we make the real purchase.

Thanks again for all your time.

I’ve also tried changing themes as well as deactivating all plugins other than woocommerce and uDraw… no luck. 🙁

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back so quickly.

In regards to the file uploading, I have checked that the “uploads” folder has a 755 write permission.

Basically, once you hit “add to basket” it disappears and nothing gets put into the basket. I can see the file though in the “uploads” folder.

If I do a design through the uDraw designer though and then hit “add to basket” it works?

Do you think it is a woocommerce conflict error?

Hi. sorry one more question, do you mean the free version will only output all colours as RGB? So for it to output in proper CMYK we need to install the paid version.

I’ve noticed even though the colour slider on the app may be “0% Cyan, 100% Magenta, 100% Yellow, 0% Black (a standard red CMYK breakdown) in the CMYK window, the outputted PDF generates a different CMYK value all together as it is really RGB converting to CMYK.

    Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for the info. Is there a way to remove the “download” link then in the emails that go out for now so there is no confusion?

We’re testing it all out so hopefully if it fits in with the project we’re trying to launch we’ll look into the paid version instead.
