Hi, @samundarsingh!
Please note that ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here. Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. Please reference: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/.
For now, I am closing this thread. We look forward to assisting you at my.elementor.com.
Kind Regards.
Hi, @shannonsadik. Thanks for reaching out.
Upon inspecting the page, it appears you’re using a third-party widget to structure the images (maybe WP Grid Builder?). In this case, it is best if you contact the support team for this plugin, as third-party plugins are beyond our support scope. Ref: What We Support.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that points you in the right direction.
Kind Regards.
Hi, @shannonsadik! Thanks for reaching out to us.
If you haven’t already, try one (or both) of the following, depending on your current setup:
- If the parent Container’s direction is set to “Row, ensure that Align Items is set to “Center.”
- Try setting the individual Heading widgets’ Align Self option (under the Advanced tab) to “Center.”

If that doesn’t help, please provide a screenshot or brief screencast demonstrating your setup in the Editor so that we can better determine what might be happening.Kind Regards.
Hello, @brilliant-rf!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
On my end, I’m unable to replicate the issue. I am able to see all of the icons referenced (phone, location and award) on my test site. As such, it sounds like the issue may be specific to your site.
Since you have Elementor Pro, you can get direct assistance by opening a support ticket at my.elementor.com. Here’s a guide on the process: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/.
ww.wp.xz.cn guidelines prevent us from providing support for commercial products here, so the official Elementor support team will be able to help you best. In the meantime, I am closing this thread.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you via the official support channel.
Kind Regards.
Hi, @hoangtrismpk.
Thank you for following up, and I’m sorry to hear the issue persists.
Since the issue doesn’t appear to be related to memory, I recommend trying the following additional steps:
- I know you mentioned deactivating suspicious plugins but, when attempting to rule out a plugin conflict, it’s important to deactivate all plugins besides Elementor (especially script optimizers, security plugins, custom header/footer injectors and any plugins modifying the REST API).
- Clear cache at all levels (browser, site and server).
- Try using a different network connection to rule out a slow or unstable connection.
- Ask your hosting provider to check on their end in case of slow server response.
I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards.
Hi, @barcelo.
Thanks for your reply.
I tried replicating the issue on my test site based on your description but was unable to do so. If you could provide the URL to the page on which this issue is occurring, this will allow us to observe the behavior and conduct further troubleshooting.
Kind Regards.

Hi, @informhub. Thanks for reaching out to us.
Based on the errors you shared, this is likely an issue occurring on the server side (for example, server configuration). This may be occurring due to one of the following reasons:
- Security/firewall/CDN blocked the REST call
- PHP limits/fatal error during save
- REST API not reachable / permalinks
- Caching layer corrupting or altering REST
In this case, you can try the following:
Whitelist REST & AJAX in your firewall/CDN and host:
- Allow
/wp-json/*and/index.php?rest_route=*, andwp-admin/admin-ajax.php. - If you’re on Cloudflare, disable Bot Fight Mode/WAF rules for these paths or set a bypass rule; don’t cache
/wp-json/*. - Ask your hosting provider to whitelist ModSecurity for large REST
POSTs on your domain.
Increase PHP limits (php.ini or host panel):
memory_limit = 512Mpost_max_size = 64M(or higher than the kit’s biggest page)upload_max_filesize = 64Mmax_execution_time = 300max_input_vars = 5000(or 7000 on some hosts)
If the above does not help, please let us know.
Kind Regards.

Hi, @angizeshi!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please provide exact steps to reproduce this issue, or provide a brief screencast demonstrating the issue?
In case we’re unable to reproduce it on our end, please also include the URL to the page on which this is occurring.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi, @mindtakerminis.
Thank you for the update, and I’m glad to hear you were able to find a resolution!
After viewing the screenshot, I realized this is actually a widget from a third-party plugin (Crocoblock). If you encounter any further issues with this widget, I highly recommend reporting this to Crocoblock’s support team so they can investigate and recommend a fix. If they require our assistance during their troubleshooting, they are welcome to open an issue on our GitHub account, and our developers will be happy to collaborate with them.
(For reference: [What We Support])
For now, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Please feel free to open a new one should you require assistance in the future.
Kind Regards.
