Can you send over a link to your site that is displaying this error please, and I’ll take a look into it.
It’s working on other sites, so it’s probably something related to your site or setup.

The eBay API for retrieving seller info is slightly different to the item search API, which probably explains why one handles the account name and the other doesn’t.
I’ll investigate further and follow up.

In reply to: [Fast eBay Listings] Show All ProductsRight now, I’m afraid eBay only provides an API that can find items for sale when a category or query filter is used. They do not offer a scheme to retrieve items based on a seller name only. As such, Fast eBay Listings also has this limitation.

As for WooCommerce: if as you say, you’re managing all sales via the Etsy checkout, then this should not be needed and can be deleted.
Whether to use Posts or Pages on your WP, this is really up to you, it makes no difference to the usage of this plugin, you can use Fast Etsy Listings equally the same on both. This page vs post decision will be more led by how you wish to lay out your site.

In reply to: [Fast eBay Listings] eBay Search and Seller Feedback not workingYour site looks to be working when I browse to it. Seems the disabling of plugins has confirmed the cause.
Take a look at the settings for these plugins and see if there are options to disable the optimisation of javascript, or moving javascript to the footer – these are usually the culprit. More info can be found in my FAQ here:

This behaviour can happen if a page optimisation or caching plugin breaks the loading of Javascript the Fast eBay Listings plugin uses. You could try disabling any such plugins and see if that narrows down the cause.
