It’s really strange because I can navigate to any other page in the dashboard except this specific settings page.
Happy to send over admin credentials to let you look around. How can I do that privately?

I can’t speak to disabling other plugins, as we just reverted back to the last version of WP and it worked for the client so I left it as is for now. I’m curious to hear any other responses from other users who may have tested it as well.
For me, the button does change to a pointer when you hover over it, and it looks like it’s being pressed when you click it, but the screen never refreshes, and the media upload box doesn’t pop up.
