    Sorry, this was the problem:

    • Mismatch between the store currency and your FedEx account currency.
There is no mismatch. All of them are in EUR. Changing store’s currency to RON does not solve the issue.

Changing the store’s currency to RON solve the issue. I should have make a test in incognito. The first test was with administrator.

      Thank you so much.

    Hi,

Thank you for the detailed answer. Let me answer each below:

    • Mismatch between the store currency and your FedEx account currency.
There is no mismatch. All of them are in EUR. Changing store’s currency to RON does not solve the issue.
    • Unavailable services for the specific shipping and delivery addresses.
With the online calculator I can see there is a service, called: Fedex International Priority, Fedex International Economy, Fedex International Connect Plus.
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping credentials.
For production API these services are enabled:
Address Validation API, Comprehensive Rates and Transit Times API, FedEx Locations Search API, Ground End of Day Close API, Pickup Request API, Postal Code Validation API, Rates and Transit Times API, Trade Documents Upload API
    • Exceeded maximum weight or dimension limits for the chosen shipping method.
The product does not exceed. I checked with the online calculator.
    • Shipping options or services not configured correctly in the plugin settings.
What do you mean? How can I set up incorrectly?
    • Network or API connectivity issues between WooCommerce and FedEx. There is no cache or firewall to block the connectivity. All other API-s are working correctly.

    Please verify the following points:

    1. Confirm that all products have a valid weight

The product that I test with has valid weight.

    1. Verify the shipper/origin and recipient address data

It works with the online calculator.

    1. Check “Destination Address Type”

It did not solve my issue.

    4. Check the same shipment in the FedEx calculator:

I checked and the calculator is working for me.

If it is possible, which services do you see in the FedEx calculator?
Fedex International Priority, Fedex International Economy, Fedex International Connect Plus.

    The issue is still exist.

    Thanks for your fast reply.

    Dear ianbarber,

We are not able to send order confirmation email, because there is no trigger for Woocommerce yet so users don’t recieving emails.

The automation called “Shipping confimation”s trigger matches with the status when I change the order to ,,Done” in Woocommerce.

So if you make a Shipping confirmation automation in MailChimp and you change the order status in Woocommerce you can get the email.

I think Mattmikula try to say that the triggers should match with MailChimp automations and Woocommerce also.

For example: If someone make an order MC should send an ”Order Confirmation” email automation. But now it doesn’t send.

    Dear MC Support!

    Please fix this issue.

I am not able to send other automations like First Purchase, Order Confirmation and so on, because of the triggers.

So I am not able to use the most important parts of the service because of this bugs.

    Thanks in advance,

    Elemer

Sorry we figured it out with MC support.

If you use it with Woocommerce you can’t use the template called ,,Order Confirmation” because there is no trigger for it.

You can use “Shipping confirmation” If you change the order status to ,,Done”
