I have the same problem. My students complain to me that there is a problem with the dashboard login window. Every time they login from a different device I have to reset the password!!
Also, this problem happens whether I use the default /dashboard-page permalink or /dashboard permalink.
Losing students because of this, so please HELP!

But now there is a different issue.
When my students try to directly access their dashboard after paying for course, it works for laptop but NOT FOR mobile.
I try to login using his credentials on my laptop and it works.
But when I do the same login credentials on my cell phone, we keep seeing the “please sign in to view this section” popup.I enter the username and password but still the popup is there… they cannot get to the course!
Now I have angry customers …
