The solution you offer is clear to me. It is a good option for participants to send a mail with questions/remarks about the question.
But I want to use the question_id for the composer of quizzes. We have may questions with the same name (for example: What is the right answer for the question below?), so it is difficult for the composer to find the right question if he/she wants to ad it to a specific quizz, or he/shee needs to change a particular question.

Using pdb_update_notify.php for sending out mails to the particpants is working well together with WP SMTP, except when there is a external link in the rich-text field.

I installed also ARI Fancy Lightbox. Links should be opened in this lightbox.
The link on the left side at the bottom of the page works like it should be. Exactly the same link in the explanation of your quiz does not. There is only one question in this testquiz, so easy for you to reproduce what my point is,
Is one of your classes overwriting the lightbox option? Please help me to solve the problem.By the way: the volunteer organization where I work for, is gonna buy (by the end of this week) the PRO-version of your great plugin.
