Thanks for your efforts in identifying the problem here. I disabled Use Google Libraries, and that solved my issue as well.

I deactivated Jetpack and reactivated it, and it seems to be working now.

I’m having a similar issue. When I try to connect my Twitter account, this error displays on the “Sharing Settings” page:

Jetpack: [auth_failed] Authorization header was malformed

This error showed up after updating to WordPress 3.8.
