I’ve cleared general and database cache within WordPress and deleted all browsing history and cache on my laptop and the problem is still there.
Thanks for the reply. My daughters phone has never loaded the website before and wouldn’t have any data cached in the background. unfortunately the error still occurred.
Now tried buying from my website on 3 mobile devices and 2 laptops and all have this error.
How do I go about clearing the cache directly on the server and WordPress plugins?

Hi,
I’ve updated Woo Commerce to 3.0.6 and to latest version of PayPal today and still getting this error.
I’ve also tried it on my daughters phone, cleared the cache and problem still persists.
