Would you please try to increase your PHP memory limit and see if that fixes the issue. Try setting it to 512M

You will need to upload the backup file to wp-content/backuply/backups folder and then sync it from the Backuply Backup history tab. You can read more on how to do that here https://backuply.com/docs/how-to/how-to-migrate-your-wordpress-site-from-local-folder/

We are sorry to know you are not able to find how to make a .xml backup maybe look for it in Dashboard –> Tools –> Export. And make sure you login as Admin.
Because Backuply does not hide or prevent any users from using any feature of WordPress.

Would you please also check the error logs you might find something there. There seems to be something which is blocking the download, Would you please check if you have Mod Security or Immunify Enabled They might be blocking a request if the download stops at exactly the same point.Would you please tell me if you were trying to restore 2 websites one after another? Sometimes we have observed Google Drive caps the usage of the API and the responses from their API get slow.
