Hello,
So even if the domains are different Backuply can handle that. If domains are different there is 1 more step added to the restore process. Which is updating the database with the new domain, and after that fixing of Serialization happens.
I hope this answers your query.
Regards,
Backuply Team.
Hello,
So Backuply uploads the backup file to the cloud only after the backup creation completes on the local server.
Will it be possible for you to share the Screenshot of the backup progress so we can see exactly where it got stuck.
The backup file on the local server is stored at wp-content/backuply/backups-{random-string}
So we just create a single backup file, which will contain a backup of both Database and the Directories.
If you want to know about Pro, then please create a ticket on https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php?topicId=17 because as per the WordPress support forum guidelines, it’s forbidden to talk about the Pro version here.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Would you please check Site Health and see if you find any Warning or recommendation related to Schedule, like schedule missed.
You can find Site health in Tools in left navigation.
Would you please tell if you were able to backup before?

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Stuck creating a jobHello,
Sorry for delay in response.
Thanks for the info. And it is unusual that the backup got stuck as we don’t restrict and you had plenty of storage. Is the backup working now?
Will it be possible for you to check the PHP error logs, maybe the script died for some reason.

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Stuck creating a jobHello,
Thanks for trying those steps. You can create as many backups as you want, we don’t restrict on that. Will you please tell me how many backups did you had and if you had enough storage?

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Stuck creating a jobHello @ianttt ,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
What you should do is first Kill the Process. Then go to Tools > Site health page there look if there is a notice that says a schedule missed. And if you find it please tell us which schedule action it says it missed. If you don’t find any notice related to that then please wait a few minutes and then try to backup again and tell us if you face the same issue.

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Backuply stuck at 69%Hello,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Would you please check your database if it is empty or if it has some tables in it?
If your database is not empty then please check if the prefix of the tables match with the tables shown in the log for example wpvl_posts here prefix is wpvl_ so if in your database the prefix doesn’t match then just go to wp-config.php and change the table prefix in that file to the one that is present in your database
If it is empty and your site is broken then you can just directly import your database through PHPMyAdmin. You can extract the soft.sql file from the backup you have created which is present at location /wp-content/backuply/backups
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards
Backuply Team
