Hi @nextendweb,
Thank you for taking the time to report this,
The behavior is actually intentional and shouldn’t cause any issues with the current
ngg_tagfunctionality.Having said this, I’ve passed the feedback to the dev team for further review on this. The team will take a look and check if everything’s working as expected under the current standards. Moreover, the team make adjustments if any issues are identified further.
Thanks!

Hi @cway,
Thank you for contacting us,
It seems that you are using the paid version of NextGEN Gallery. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the NextGEN Gallery account dashboard when you have a chance? For more context, ww.wp.xz.cn’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.
The ww.wp.xz.cn forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks
Hi @mindylll,
Thank you for reaching out,
Could you please share the details of the notifications your client received from SiteLock? It would be better if you can share the exact message, or a screenshot so that it would be really helpful. That way, we can take a closer look and confirm whether it’s a known issue or not and provide you with some more details.
Thanks, and please let me know!
Hi @mstudioil,
Thank you for reaching out,
Upon checking on my setup, the Soliloquy site looks fine with RTL setup. For your confirmation, please refer to the screenshot here.
If the issue still persists on your setup, could you please try deactivating all the plugin except Soliloquy plugin and check if the issue gets resolves or not!
Let me know the updates after doing so and I will get back to you.
Thanks

Hi @btwebmedia,
Thanks for the update,
In-order to fix the issue, I suggest you download a fresh copy of the latest Soliloquy and, then replace the one from your site’s Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File (with the files’ override when being asked) to see if that’ll fix the issue?
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks

Hi @sonicgyn,
Thanks for reaching out,
To display all the uploaded images, you’ll need to increase the image count value. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > NextGEN Gallery > Other Options >Miscellaneous > Maximum Image Count.
By default, the value is set to 500, which can be increased to 600 or more depending on the number of images you’ll be displaying.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks!
Hi @qwik3r,
Thank you for contacting us!
Basically, the displaying of the title on image hover is a normal behavior and is added via the WordPress and not Envira Gallery. To remove the title, you’ll need to use the third-party plugin on your site.
Here is the link to the plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/hide-titles-on-hover/
You can just download the plugin, install and activate it. The title will no longer be appeared on the image while hovering into it.
Let me know the updates after doing so and I will get back to you.
Thanks!

Hi @btwebmedia,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot,
Upon checking the code, it looks like you’re currently using a very old version of the plugin.
Could you please confirm which version you have installed? Our latest release is Soliloquy v2.8.0, and it’s important to keep the plugin up to date to ensure compatibility and access to the latest features and fixes.
You can update the plugin directly from your Plugins page in your WordPress dashboard.
I apologize if the issue you’re experiencing is related to the outdated version. Once the plugin is update, the issue should be resolved.
Let me know once the plugin is updated and I will get back to you.
Thanks
