In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Support for WP 5.6Hi Alan,
I love the plug in and have been using it for 3+ years now.
When I updated it recently, it failed to update, after that the site started throwing an error. Then I noticed that it was not tested yet with 5.6, so I rolled back to a back up and haven’t updated it since.Today I did an update again. And it looks to have worked.
I think your latest update was out.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Removing Footer LinksHi, sorry for the delayed response.
If you see the footer for all pages on the site, Complianz adds the following link:
Privacy Policy for http://www.thisisbarry.comThis is a hyperlink to the policy page, is there a way so that this is not added to the footer?
Sorry if I wasn’t clear the first time around.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Integrated GA not workingThanks for the detailed response.
I rolled back my changes to the <head>, and guess what? Everything went back to working. I wonder if it was some sort of down time Google Analytics had with their analytics.js related APIs.
Thanks a bunch, if anything in the future I’ll reach out.
Keep up the great work.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Integrated GA not workingI have added the GA script into the head to confirm that tracking happens successfully.
Perhaps an alternate script has been introduced by Google Analytics for site tracking.gtag.js seems to be the new js.
analytics.js might have been depricated.Just additional information to help with the issue.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] How can I prevent Google AdSense from being displayed?well, thanks.
Looks it’s time I got a developer to look into this matter.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Autoptimize] How can I prevent Google AdSense from being displayed?I have used Async Javascript (the other plugin)
But I had to keep the settings as follows:
Async JavaScript Method: defer
jQuery: ExcludeWithout this settings the Ads were not showing up.
I’d be grateful if you can advise if I have done this correctly or if I needed to have set it up differently.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] How can I prevent Google AdSense from being displayed? Thanks a lot for following up.
Using “js/adsbygoogle.js” in the exception did the trick. But Google Ads really slows down the page, undoing all the goodness of the plugin 🙁
It’s works good for web, but mobile speeds are really low.
Thanks though

In reply to: [Autoptimize] How can I prevent Google AdSense from being displayed?I suspect it’s the js. I tried providing an exception for adsbygoogle.js, but no luck.
I’ll get back with exactly which one of the three causes the ads to disappear.thanks.
Hi, I needed to leave the change in place to check the analytics for a day or two.
I can now confirm that the page views are back to normal.
Thank you for your speedy support. The plugin is now on my site doing its job well!
Thanks for that.
In the Statistics configuration, I see only the placeholder for the Google Analytics code. However, I don’t see anything for the GTM (Tag Manager code). Does Complianz also handle tag manager?
While I ran the wizard, the GA and GTM codes were auto picked up.
Where in setting of Complianz can I see if the GA and GTM are configured via Complianz?Hi,
To summarize, as a solution, I simply remove the original GA script that is loaded by me when I set up my site?
I use Google Tag Manager as well, do I need to disable that as well?
Thanks!
