In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] download.gz Downloads when viewing the site (sometimes)We have the exact same issue:
– Clear cache
– Most pages work except for 1 page (after that we stop testing so there might be more)
– It is a different page every time
– Gzip is enabled (i have checked on the server)
– Disabling
– We use PleskSince most pages are working OK, it seems to be something random.
Also, no log is generated server side: the page is served but is not parsed by the browser.Partial enable gzip
– Disabling gzip on the top of the Browser Cache page
– Enabling only gzip fo CSS & JS
This resulted in perfect pages the first time of loading.
If we then closed Chrome Incognito and opened a new session, the pages would not parse CSS and JS properly. Resulting in deformed pages and error like this:
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type application/octet-stream: "https://REMOVED/wp-content/cache/minify/f13e3.css".
and
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
Network tab in Chrome shows no errors.Temp solution
For now, we have had to disable all gzip in W3 Total Cache. Then the situation is stable.By the way: we ditched WP Super Cache a few days ago to try W3. With WP Super Cache, Gzip has not given us these issues before in the 2 years of use.
Thanks,
BasHi,

BasHi,
I don’t use this plugin but I did get the exact same message today. No idea where it is coming from.
We;ve tried this link: http://olijf.nu/maatje-36-cupje-b/
With or without SSL. Both not working. All plugins are disabled.I’ve been developing WP-sites for over 4 years but this error has got me for now.
Hope someone has tips.
Thanks,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Show only direct descendants in product categoriesI’ve got the exact same problem here.
Haven’t been able to find or create a solution for this.
Anyone got a solution? It shouldn’t be that difficult.

In reply to: [Tiny Feedback Bar by Gekko] doesn't display wellTFB can hindered by code used by a theme. We’ve developed TFB in such a way that almost no theme will disrupt TFB but we cannot make a guarantee.
The homepage-box is used in sites where your homepage is actually a regular page. In those cases WordPress doesn’t give the page ID. That ID is needed to process the feedback provided by the visitor.
If your site has a page as a homepage, then select that page and submit the changes.
Hope i’ve answered your question this way. Sorry TFB doesn’t look right in the theme that you use.
Thanks for submitting your question and have fun with TFB!

In reply to: [Tiny Feedback Bar by Gekko] doesn't display wellHi,
Which version of WordPress are you using?
What theme are you using?Did you test TFB with a different theme to see if that solved the problem?

In reply to: [Tiny Feedback Bar by Gekko] Version 0.3.4 broken in WP 3.6Hi,
Thanks for your message. I’ve just updated Tiny Feedback Bar to 0.3.5 because of this. Please update the plugin to see if the warnings are still there.
I’ve tested that last couple of versions with the Debug Bar which is a great method but without error_reporting. So thanks again!

In reply to: [Tiny Feedback Bar by Gekko] Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()Hi agentok,
I haven’t received an e-mail yet but today we’ve updated the plugin to 0.3.0. We weren’t able to reproduce the bug you mentioned. The team at WordPress that check the plugins before launching also didn’t find your bug by the way.
I’m closing this thread for now.

In reply to: FTP Auto update plugins complete but wrong directoryExactly the same problem here: several WP installs in the same directory (for testing purposes) and all of them trying to install plugins and themes into the same directory. Database wouldn’t reveal any information as did the files.
Please help.
