It is been solved, i just didn’t recognize that the base image is not working at all, and the default to show at the page were featured image of the post.

Thanks for your replay, i am sorry but i didn’t understand your question, can you explain more.
as i am using this plugin and i didn’t use another one ?, but if you can check the page you can see that there are some posts with the basic images (before i update the WordPress) and others with out basic image (after i update the WordPress).and you can check this screenshot to double check

Thanks for the replay, but it seems i didn’t make it clear at the first time.
the custom fields needed for tracking form and not for customer order form.
sorry as i thought i explain my self.can i add custom fields to tracking form by attributes or any other method and how ?
regarding the second option i will check the code and let you know if i need extra help from your side.
