Hey @kristinubute ,
You’re very welcome, glad to hear it!
I also need the wording “from” on the single product page also. Is this achievable ?
Absolutely! Here you go:
// Add 'From' in front of the price on WooCommerce shop, archive, and single product pages
add_filter('woocommerce_get_price_html', 'add_from_before_price_on_shop_and_product');
function add_from_before_price_on_shop_and_product($price) {
if (is_shop() || is_product_category() || is_product_tag() || is_product()) {
return 'From ' . $price;
}
return $price;
}You’ll need to replace the previous snippet with the one above.
This should also include “From” before the pricing on the single product page, like so:

Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product quantity and price disappeared in variationHey @lingeriemodhla ,
Ah, gotcha! In that case, since what you’re seeing on your end is the default interface for editing Variations, it’s possible that another plugin was altering the view of this. It may be helpful to check any recently deactivated plugins, it’s possible that one of those had a hand in changing the interface there. 🙂
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress error with Woocommerce activeHey @pravtiw ,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m unable to reproduce this on my test site while using the latest version of WooCommerce core and the default Storefront theme.
Can you check for any console errors on those specific pages (post edit /page edit) while WooCommerce is active, and share those with us here. You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here
Additionally, can you please share the following so that we can take a peek at the sites current environment, and any errors being produced:
- System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce] add to cart button not respondingHey @gulfprime ,
Thanks for reaching out! Checking your site, I see what you mean:

It seems the issue could be related to caching or security plugins, particularly the handling of AJAX requests for users who are not logged in.
If you have any security or caching plugins or are using server-level caching (i.e, Cloudflare), can you temporarily disable these and see if the “Add to Cart” button works correctly for logged-out users? Please make sure to clear any browser cache before testing.
If that makes no difference, please share the following:
- System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error processing your order in woocommerceHey @puteriuyi ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see you’re using the PayHalal for WooCommerce Payment Gateway:
PayHalal for WooCommerce: by Souqa Fintech Sdn Bhd – 1.0.2Does this only happen when using PayHalal as the payment option on checkout? To check, can you try using a different payment method, such as Cash on Delivery, and see if this makes any difference? This will help us narrow down if the issue is related to the payment gateway or the site.
If the issue is still present when using COD, please can you share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs?
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product quantity and price disappeared in variationHey @lingeriemodhla ,
Ah, gotcha – thanks for clarifying! Is this perhaps how you remember it?

If so, this is the New Product Form (Beta) which will need to be enabled via WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features. Scroll down to the “Experimental Features” section, and enable the New product editor – Try the new product editor (Beta) option:

However, if this is not what you are referring to, do you perhaps recall any recent themes changes or plugins deactivated? It’s possible that either a theme or plugin you were using changed this interface.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Out of stock visibility not workingHey @kemmieg ,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is expected behavior. When you hide out-of-stock products in WooCommerce, they will be hidden from your shop results, but this doesn’t affect their SEO indexing. The product URLs remain intact and can be crawled and indexed by Google.
To prevent this, you may need to use an SEO-related plugin. If I’m not mistaken, I believe the Yoast SEO plugin allows you to set
Noindexfor Out-of-Stock Products and exclude them from your sitemap to prevent Google from indexing them.Since support related to third-party plugins is outside our scope of support, you’ll need to reach out to the Yoast SEO plugin developers for further input on this. Here is a direct link to their dedicated support forum:

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
