I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with missing SKU and variation ID details. You’ve mentioned not being able to reproduce the issue, can you clarify how many orders presented this issue?
Have there been any recent changes to the site (updates to themes, or plugins) prior to this issue occurring, and are you perhaps using any plugins that modify product data or custom fields?
Can you please share a clear screenshot of the following:
- The order list where SKU and variation ID are missing (please redact any sensitive customer information)
- The order details page for an affected order.

WC Version: 9.3.3
WC Database Version: 9.3.1I’m seeing an outdated WC Database in the staging environment. If you update this to match the WC core version, keep the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and only have WooCommerce active, does this resolve the issue?
You can update this via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.
If that makes no difference, can you please enable Debug mode via WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → WooPayments, scroll down to Advanced settings and check “Log error messages:
Once this is enabled, can you enable Express checkouts and then follow the process to checkout, to trigger the issue. Next, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and share a copy of any fatal errors logged there. Specifically, any related to WooPayments/Stripe.
Hopefully there will be something logged that could give us a clue as to what’s going on here.

It looks like you need some help with WooCommerce Subscriptions. Since this relates to a premium extension, and you’ve mentioned having a valid license, you’ll need to reach out internally for further help with this.
To clarify, were you unable to submit a support request internally? If so, can you log out of your WooCommerce.com account and then access the WooCommerce “Contact Us” page directly here. Next, click on “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on Woo.com“, and then “Can’t find an answer? Contact us!“:

A pop-up contact form should then appear:

You can then complete the support request form there, and see if this submits successfully.
As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂

We haven’t had any recent reports of this particular issue, and I’m unable to reproduce this on my test site with the latest version of WooCommerce core. Can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end?
