I have contacted with the developer, but he is unable to help me out. He gave me a link to a forum of developers and i’m going to look for help there, I hope soon it will be fixed.
The drop menu seems to be a based in woocommerce app as I haven’t add it or get it manually, so it should be an woo widget.
Adding the answer for all who will eventually have the same problem. Notebook++ can fix the problem, you just need to transform it to UTF-8 coding.
