Thanks but I haven´t access to php.ini file
I just went through the menu without making changes and record
apparently had some choice not caught
far so goodwould be advisable to put in one ticket options menu and description without the split option ticket bookings by and see all the singles and multiple tickets for an event

Events Manager 5.5.2I have active multiple booking mode. Some month ago it worked. In the database appears the registers.
