In reply to: [Dropshipping XML for WooCommerce] Category separator issueSo I wrote a python script which goes through the original feed and changes the comma to a dash in the category I had a problem with. This seems to work fine because now I don’t have the issue anymore, so the plugin was also using comma as separator, not only the pipe symbol, even though (as seen on the screenshot) I only defined the pipe symbol for it.
However, now I have another issue (also, should I open a new topic for it?), which is that the plugin is creating multiple categories with the same name but just with different slugs. Why is this? Isn’t there an option to somehow merge these? Manual merge is a no-go, I have 4000+ products with 300+ categories… Any ideas?Forum: Plugins
