I purchased the pro version but can’t get it working because I keep running into this error: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
I’ve run into it before, but can’t seem to get it working now following all the instructions listed here except contacting my host: https://atlantisthemes.com/fix-upload_max_filesize/
Do you know of another fix for the error to get the pro version working?
Also, instructions for updating from the free version to the paid version were a bit vague. Do I delete or deactivate the free version first, then upload the pro version?

The reset did indeed solve the problem. However, I noticed I lost a bit of functionality. I no longer see the option to choose between showing certain ads via tablets, phones or desktops.

In reply to: [Ultimate Post List] Purchased, But Still No pro VersionI can’t edit or update my previous post, but I wanted to add that I’ve spent almost two hours running in circles trying to figure out how to get what I paid for. I’ve purchased dozens of themes and plugins and never had to figure out how to actually get my hands on it. The plugin website is like a maze and the confirmation email has only a link to download an image, no actual plugin. Worst of all, feeling tricked into thinking I was buying the pro version of an already installed plugin, only to find out it’s a whole other plugin that is FAR more difficult and complex.

My site has quite a few pages that are white. I overlooked this weeks ago when Google Webmaster Tools started sending me the emails. But now I’m thinking there is something odd going on. I’m getting alerts for pages that do exist, they’re just white, like this one: http://brownsista.com/keri-hilson-no-boys-allowed-promo-pics/
I deactivated plugins and changed to the default WordPress theme, but the white pages continue.

I may revisit this again, it would be great if Tumblr was built in. The site is extremely popular and home base to a lot of fandoms. I see so few of these plugins with Tumblr built in. I’m still on the hunt.

In reply to: How to Align a Single Gallery ImageI just logged onto my Windows laptop and the images look the same, but on my Macbook Pro the image quality is vastly different.
I took a screenshot showing what I see. I hope it works for you.
On the left is a single image added. On the left is the image added using the “Create Gallery” feature. Same thumbnail image, but vastly different quality based on how it is added to the post.
