Oh yeah, 63,000 photos will take a long time 🙂 Do you mean you only want to publish/sync a few photos first? Do you know you can select a bunch of photos (of all of them in a collection) then press shift and Publish? The Publish button will actually change to “Publish Selected”.

Arg, it’s hard to explain stuff in a foreign language 🙂

Actually, yesterday I changed my workflow anyway. I open every post, then look for the photos in LR and add it to my sync collection. Still some hours, but it works better than it sounds.

Alternatively you can create two publish services to the same website, each of them with one collection (or with one style of export). That would work 🙂
