I am very new to mxchat so not to sure on the workings. We are on the free version trying it out before purchasing the plugin.

Hi – I am not getting any red errors in my browser console and I have tested the configuration on 3 different browsers – Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Any more suggestions and the site is a ecommerce site and they are wanting to go live fairly soon.

Hi I have sent the diagnostics report.
In the meantime my site is down with 8000 odd files containing malicious code. Im busy repairing using wordfence.
