Well what to say… in a perfect world users would find answers when searching the Internet, but here we are led away from the public square to debug the issue in secrecy. So frustrating when people don’t share fixes. I will not work for free. It is very easy to replicate:
1. SiteGround > create new site
2. Install WordPress
3. Enable Easy IO CDN (premium)
4. Switch to SiteGround CDN (premium)
5. Switch back to Easy IO and image urls are missing
Best wishes on your plugin

Same problem happens to me when switching between SiteGround CDN and Easy IO. Flushing CDN cache does not work. The only fix I know is to change filename.
