In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Temporary patching broken access control vulnerabilityHi @hastibe,
Just so we’re on the same page, would you share why one wouldn’t be able to fully update to the latest plugin version?

Hi @richardurban,
Thanks for testing and following up to let us know that the caching plugin was the culprit here.
For posterity, caching plugins can be one of the known causes of issues affecting Sensei functionality. We recommend checking this page in case you run into other issues: https://senseilms.com/documentation/known-issues/#caching-plugins

In reply to: [Sensei LMS - Online Courses, Quizzes, & Learning] Ungraded AssignmentHi @akiahmorgan,
It’s hard to tell what went wrong in cases like this, because so many aspects of your site and the student’s setup could be causing the issue.
With any functionality issues like this, the first step is establishing reproducible steps and environment.
First, I recommend installing a plugin such as User Switching to try logging in as the student, and see if you can reproduce the issue. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-switching/
Then, I recommend asking the student for their setup. What’s their device? What browsers are they using? Are their browsers cached? Ask them to clear the cookies.
Do you have any caching plugins on your site? We recommend disabling the caching plugin and flushing the cache on your server, as well.
Lastly, we ask you to read this troubleshooting step guide thoroughly to rule out any third-party theme or plugin conflicts. We recommend creating a clone of your site as a staging site to aggressively test by turning things off and on.
Once you’ve identified the cause of the issues, you can file a bug report: https://senseilms.com/documentation/contribute/#submit-a-bug-report-on-github
Hi @richardurban,
We don’t have granular access settings for co-teachers like that. Currently, co-teachers in a course have the same level of access as the main teacher for student management, editing the course content, grading, and so on.
You can learn more about that in our guides below:

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Add company logo to RSS FeedHi @yasyas,
All code examples on our site are provided for developer reference/guidance only and we cannot guarantee that they will always work as expected. They can be changed or removed if we find they no longer work due to changes in our plugins.
The tutorial reference is one of the snippets we removed after our routine audit of our documentation content. It appears that we forgot to remove reference to it, however, so we’ll go ahead and remove that too.
I hope that clarifies thing!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] 3 featured summary Jobs in a rowHi @mawebdesignuk,
We aren’t able to help with custom code requests like this, so if you need assistance, you may want to look into development services like this:
Alternatively, you may want to check out 3rd-party themes that extend WP Job Manager functionality:
https://wpjobmanager.com/product-category/themes/
Please note, the 3rd-party themes and plugins listed above passed our original audit, but we do not audit or review all updates. Compatibility could change over time, so we recommend thoroughly reviewing 3rd party options and making a full backup of your site before making any changes.
Hi @danielepr,
The way videos are displayed would depend on the theme of your choice.
We recommend using the Course theme: https://senseilms.com/wordpress-course-theme/
And enabling the Learning mode in Sensei to use the Video course-specific templates:

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Job board usersHi @reikob,
Since this issue is specific to your site, and we’re unable to reproduce it on our end, I suspect the issue is related to your site’s environment. Perhaps the plugin(s), the theme, the WordPress version, or any customization you have done is affecting the site functionality.
If you experience an issue, a broken functionality, a layout problem, an unexpected error message, or any other discrepancy between what our WP Job Manager plugin and its core add-ons should do and what’s going on on your site, the first step is to check for a plugin or theme conflict.
It sounds like the main issue has to do with is login function, which WP Job Manager does not control; WP Job Manager simply inherits the functionality used in the core WordPress logins.
I recommend going through the basic troubleshooting steps as laid out here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/troubleshooting/basic-troubleshooting/#troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-issues
Specifically, I recommend troubleshooting on a staging site or using the Health Check plugin to avoid affecting your live site:
Before making any changes, please create a full backup of the website. You can use an automated backup plugin such as Jetpack Backups or follow this guide.
If you are able to reproduce the issue while you only have the WP Job Manager core plugin active, on a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two, with no other plugins enabled, you can then file a bug report with reproducible steps: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues
Hi @uogecko,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot. That helps a lot!
We were able to reproduce this issue on our end, so I’ve filed a bug report: https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/issues/7868
Please feel free to subscribe to that GitHub issue for updates and fix. Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Title: Resume preview missing fieldsHi @gh98
Contact Form is not a part of WP Job Manager.
I recommend you to try these steps to temporarily disable all plugins and revert to a default theme, so you can isolate and identify which plugin affects which functionality.
- Install Health Check plugin on your site
- Download and install Twenty Twenty-Three on your site if not installed already
- Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on WP Job Manager
- Try reproduce the issue
- Once you are done, you can enable other plugins one at a time.
Please also note that per ww.wp.xz.cn community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid add-ons) in these forums.
Please use this form to get support for our paid add-ons:

Thanks!
Hi @uogecko,
The missing question is a multiple-choice and both of the possible answers are correct.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how you have this multiple-choice question set up? You may create a test question with the same setup, and take a screenshot of what you see in the quiz editor view.
You can create screenshots as shown here and post the link in a reply here.
