In reply to: [WooCommerce Collapsing Categories] PHP 7.2 compatibilityI was going to ask the same thing. I have the pro version and am getting a “Function create_function() is deprecated” using PHP 7.3.0.
Thanks!
I had a similar experience. The site’s content and sidebar areas were blank after updating to Genesis Connect for WooCommerce 0.9.10. After reverting back to 0.9.9 it worked.
An update from Woocommerce 3.2.6 to current version 3.3.3 fixed the issue. All is now well.
Versions returning blank content:
Genesis Connect for WooCommerce 0.9.10
Woocommerce 3.2.6
WordPress 4.9.4
Genesis Sample Theme@jgee288 I have not found a good solution yet. It’s counterintuitive that something that seems so basic–getting a page with entire clickable list of all categories–is so difficult, but here we are.

In reply to: [Redirect 404 to parent] Is there a way to redirect bad paginated pages?Thank you, Gaspar. I was able to set up the below redirect, but it is not redirecting.
Base URL:
http://www.myonlineweddinghelp.com/products/product-category/accessories/Not found page URLs do not redirect:
http://www.myonlineweddinghelp.com/products/product-category/accessories/page/123/I get an error if I try the base product-category/ — URL DOES NOT EXISTS OR IS REDIRECTED! PLEASE TYPE A VALID URL!)
This blog is set up with woocommerce, using product posts instead of blog posts. I wonder if the plug-in was not written for this type of set-up?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Different Sidebar for Different Categories? Here’s a follow up: I figured out Woo Commerce doesn’t do this on its own. My theme developer suggested the Woosidebars plug-in to define different widget areas.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Managing Plugins ProblemThank you Jeremy. The above did not work, but when I deactivated the entire Jetpack plugin and then reactivated it, everything connected OK.
“For the record,” here are the details on how disconnecting didn’t work…
I was unable to disconnect via My Jetpack because when I clicked the button, nothing happened. So I tried it from the other direction and removed the site via my WordPress.com account, then went back to my Jetpack dashboard on the website. When I attempted to reconnect I got this message:
Invalid request, please go back and try again.
Error Code: invalid_client
Error Message: Unknown client_id.That’s when I de- and re-activated the plug-in, which worked.

In reply to: error fetching pluginsI’ve tracked this down to a feature of Jetpack, so am going to start a thread in Jetpack support.

In reply to: error fetching pluginsI get a message in my WP dashboard “reduce security risks with automated plugin updates”, with a link to wordpress.com. When I get over there it cannot access my plugins. I pulled a couple of screenshots and uploaded here so you can see …
http://www.aspirationalbride.com/ab-wp-screenshots.jpgThanks for this, Hector. I was using PHP in the sidebar and hadn’t put the parameters in there. Works perfect now!
