Sorry for the late response – we have installed the theme Kadence in our development environment and were not able to reproduce the issue.
Make sure that you have both the theme and Bold Page Builder updated. Then, please try to deactivate the third party plugins one by one and check if one of them is causing the issue for some reason. It the issue persist, with only the theme and Bold Page Builder, please send us the site url, wp-admin and ftp credentials to [email protected] and we will take a closer look at the issue.

This error is caused by incompatibility of one of the installed themes or plugins with the new versions of WordPress. It is not caused by Bold Page Builder.
We can see that you are using one of our premium themes – you should update it to the latest version using one of the methods described here: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/
Make sure to update the Denticare plugin once you update the theme.If the issue persists, try deactivating third party plugins one by one to check if one of them is causing the issue.

If you take a look at the network tab of Chrome’s dev tools, you will notice 403 – Forbidden response for ajax call to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
You probably have some security plugin which prevents front end from accessing scripts in wp-admin folder. You need to allow access to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php as this is standard ajax end point in WordPress.

Are you using one of the Bold Themes’ premium themes?
If so, some of our premium themes have their page elements overridden by the theme.
In such cases you should be able to use third party plugin to create raw html content, for example https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/shortcoder/ and place the shortcode on the page.

Based on your description, you are probably modifying the content in the section set to be visible on desktop resolutions. Most likely you have an alternative section set to be visible on mobile resolution and you need to change the content there as well.
