Alright, I’ve got the above resolved… but now there’s another new issue!
https://domain.com now redirects to https://domain.com/index.php/ and gives an error unless I manually type in https://domain.com/index.html. I did not have this problem before, and it looks like the /index.php/ folder now contains a lot of files that were not previously contained in a separate folder, such as blog posts and the /category/ folder.
I’ll put a redirect in, but I’m hoping that this will only need to be a temporary workaround?
