Please check network console in DevTools (To open DevTools, right-click the webpage, and then select Inspect. Or, press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows, Linux)
And check the loaded assets and time while loading your page in Microsoft Edge.
Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and when loading WordPress Editor / Elementor check for the errors and post them here?
