Yes, for the moment, I think that has solved the problem. I only have a few minutes tonight to work on the site, but so far everything looks ok. I never did dig through the options for the plugin, so wouldn’t have thought to disable the maps api. 🙂
Hi – thanks, but I’m not using Google maps – why would I be getting an error message if I don’t have any maps on the site?
Hello, yes, I deactivated everything and reactivated one by one. There were no errors until I activated yours; I then re-deactivated everything except Elementor and Premium Addons and the errors were there.
No way to attach a screenshot (?) but the message is:
Google Maps JavaScript API error: InvalidKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key-map-error

In reply to: [Generate Images (AI) - Magic Post Thumbnail] Syntax errorHello – I had to contact my hosting company, as the PHP version was different in the WordPress dashboard from the one indicated on my hosting dashboard. There was apparently an Apache handler specifying PHP 7.0 on the site. He changed it, it’s now running 7.3 and the error with your plugin seems to have disappeared. 🙂

In reply to: [Participants Database] Conflict with other pluginsJust to let you know, everything is working fine now… I’m still using all of the same plugins, but someone fixed something in one of the updates!

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] Conflict with Participants DatabaseHi – I’ve changed plugins, but what was happening was an error message every time I tried to do something on a tabbed page within Participants Database. It was a conflict not just with your plugin, but with Elementor and others. Something to do with generating the tabbed menus in PD, I suspect…

In reply to: [Participants Database] Conflict with other pluginsThe functional problem is that whenever I make any modifications on a backend page in your plugin with a tabbed menu (such as fields / field groups management), when I click save, I get a blank page with an error message (the message I quoted above) at the top.
I have to return to the previous page and click refresh to see that the changes have been made, and to do whatever my next step is.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Conflict with other pluginsIt’s not a conflict with Elementor alone, as the Ocean WP plugin as well as others also send the error message.
The line in question is in the “Top level menu override” region of admin-menu-manager.php. The error occurs when reloading the page after I’ve made modifications – this only applies to pages with tabbed menus in PD.
Additionally, on a site running the previous version of PD this is not an issue (I have the same plugins on the other site.)
Hi, having this problem too.
TypeError: settings.data.search is not a function
/wp-admin/widgets.php:26081I’m glad you were able to reproduce it. And thanks for the advice about the error reporting – I’ll take care of it. Looking forward to the update.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Customizer crashingWell, I’ve kind of given up on OceanWP for this particular site. I’ll try it on another, and if the problem occurs again, I’ll let you know. Thanks…

In reply to: [OceanWP] Customizer crashingHi – no, that didn’t help. There’s no error message, the page just freezes as soon as I click on any of the options in the customizer.
+1 for this; agree that it’s essential.

In reply to: [Appointment Scheduler] It breaks wordpressJust curious why you gave it 5 stars?
Hi again – the Elementor team is working on a fix and it should be ready in the next update this week. 🙂
